As an artist, one can only hope to aim and capture the sublime beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Creating a the impression of realism of this portrayal of the rugged, snow-covered peaks that rise majestically against the clear blue sky is the challenge, specially while trying to use warm tones and intricate details. Conveying a sense of coziness against awe and reverence that one feels when standing in the presence of such natural grandeur was the impossible goal while trying to depict a small fraction of the beauty and majesty of the Rocky Mountains.
Caito Junqueira, a resident of Sao Paulo's countryside, embarked on an artistic journey in the early 1970s. He honed his skills in drawing and painting through private tutoring and later pursued formal training at the Escola Panamericana de Arte. In 1984, Caito left college to study Computer Graphics, design, and colors at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. During the 1990s, Caito delved into the Brazilian film industry as a producer, writer, and conceptual designer. Over time, his artistic focus shifted towards virtual mediums, with 90% of his work now residing in the digital realm.
