Description

"Secrets of the Highland City" is a landscape that portrays an ancient city perched atop a plateau, surrounded by mountains. The intricate details and muted color palette were intended to give it an air of mystery, hinting the discovery of hidden secrets within the settlement ruins, architecture and its possible civilization history. I tried to evoke a sense of adventure and exploration to the viewer. The use of light and shadow, along with the composition, was intended to create a dreamlike atmosphere that further adds to the allure of culture in the Highland City.
